As program manager NPI at Lamers High Tech Systems (part of Aalberts advanced mechatronics), located in Nijmegen, you take full ownership of the operational and strategic leadership of a complete NPI value stream. You translate complex OEM requirements into a tightly structured Product Generation Process (PGP) and lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve precision, yield, and time-to-market targets. Operating from Nijmegen, we work in close partnership with world leaders in the semiconductor industry. your challenge As program manager NPI, you are responsible for the operational and strategic leadership of a complete value stream within Engineering and New Product Introduction. You translate the requirements of top-tier customers like ASML into a tightly structured Product Generation Process and lead multidisciplinary project teams to achieve complex quality and delivery targets. You manage 2 to 3 large and you own the end-to-end Product Generation Process: from initial customer specifications and concept definition to prototyping, process validation, and seamless transfer into high-volume manufacturing. You serve as the vital link between engineering, operations, quality, procurement, and demanding (international) clients. You move effortlessly between Build to Print and Build to Print Plus, engaging early in the design phase to influence concept choices that maximize manufacturability and guarantee flawless scaling. This is a role for a seasoned senior professional who takes ownership of customer relationships, brings clarity to complex engineering projects, and co-operates closely with internal teams to drive operational performance, energized by presenting, building trust, and creating strategic alignment with key stakeholders. Concretely, this means: Directly lead 2 to 3 large NPI projects. Secure the Product Generation Process (PGP) from specification and prototyping to process validation and series production. Translate customer requirements (Build to Print and Build to Print Plus) into feasible product designs and manufacturable production processes in close collaboration with ASML. Strengthen customer contact at both strategic and tactical levels, including delivering compelling presentations and progress reports. requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or business engineering discipline (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering). Around 10 to 20 years of experience as a project or program manager in the high-tech, semicon, or mechatronics industry. Proven track record with PGP models, NPI trajectories, Build to Print, and managing multidisciplinary teams. Strong communication and presentation skills towards demanding international customers and internal stakeholders. what you get in return Salary between € 5,000 and € 7.500 gross per month (full-time, depending on knowledge and experience). 24 holiday days + 13 ADV days. Requirements
A bachelor's or master's degree in a technical or business engineering discipline and approximately 10 to 20 years of project or program management experience in high-tech, semiconductor, or mechatronics industries are required. Candidates should have experience with Product Generation Process models, NPI, Build to Print, and multidisciplinary teams, along with strong communication and presentation skills for international customers and internal stakeholders.
