Job Description

Right now, that means building something new: turning the commercial requests that land on our desk into long-term client relationships, and growing your own portfolio along the way. This is what you'll do This is a new role. You'll pick up inbound commercial requests and spot the opportunity in them, run campaigns around specific features, and take ownership of upselling clients onto higher packages. You'll start building your own client portfolio, small at first, and growing as you go. You'll work closely with Kirsten's team of four, plus support, and other teams across Dyflexis. You'll also get a taste of new business, qualifying leads, and routing them to the right person. Do well here, and there's a growth path forward, into customer success, new business, or consulting. Handle inbound commercial requests and spot the opportunity in them. Run campaigns around specific features to drive adoption and upsell. Handle renewals for the clients in your portfolio. Qualify new business leads that come your way and pass them on to the right person. This is what you'll need 0 to 2 years of experience in a commercial, sales, or customer-facing role. Experience with Salesforce, or you pick up new systems quickly. Comfortable picking up the phone as much as you are managing an inbox. An affinity for IT. You're not afraid of software and get a feel for a new product fast. Commercially driven and proactive. You spot an opportunity and follow it through. Fluent in Dutch and English. Requirements

Applicants should have 0–2 years of experience in a commercial, sales, or customer-facing role and be comfortable using Salesforce or learning new systems quickly. They should be proactive, commercially driven, comfortable with phone and email communication, interested in IT and software, and fluent in Dutch and English; German, French, or Spanish is a bonus.
