Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for accuracy. This role is crucial in ensuring that our financial operations run smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Process and manage all accounts payable transactions, including invoices, and payment requests. Verify and reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of payments. Assist in month-end closing activities and prepare relevant reports. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations. Provide support during audits and assist with other accounting tasks as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and best practices is a plus. Core Responsibilities

Process accounts payable transactions, verify and reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate financial records. Coordinate payment processing with internal teams, support month-end closing and audits, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field and at least two years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role are required. Candidates should be proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office, detail-oriented and organized, and able to work independently and collaboratively; knowledge of relevant industry regulations and best practices is a plus.
