As a Power Platform Consultant within the Acquire to Decommission (A2D) value stream, you will help build a future-proof Power Platform capability that supports critical business processes across the organization. You will work in an environment with a large and growing portfolio of Power Platform solutions, ranging from citizen-developed applications to business-critical enterprise platforms. Together with business stakeholders, Product Owners, architects, developers and external partners, you will ensure solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable and aligned with business priorities. As a power platform lead consultant at Tata Steel... Design, develop and improve Power Platform solutions. You will work with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages and Microsoft 365 integrations to modernise and optimise business processes across multiple domains. Translate business requirements into practical solutions. You will analyse business needs, create functional and technical designs, and advise stakeholders on the most suitable solution, integration or architecture approach. Support the professionalisation of the Power Platform landscape. You will help onboard existing applications into Digital Technologies and ensure proper documentation, ownership, support processes and knowledge transfer are in place. Drive continuous improvement and collaboration. You will support incident resolution, testing and releases, participate in Agile ceremonies, and coach colleagues and citizen developers in Power Platform best practices, governance and maintainability. In addition, we offer A salary between €4,319.25 and €7,632.08 gross per month, depending on your experience, plus a variable profit-sharing scheme. At least 28 days of annual leave and 11.5 additional ADV (reduction of working hours) days. An 8% holiday allowance and a fixed year-end bonus of 2%. You enjoy working where business, technology, governance and delivery come together. You are analytical, pragmatic and able to translate complex requirements into reliable and maintainable solutions. You communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and actively contribute to standardisation, quality and continuous improvement. In addition, you have A Bachelor’s degree (HBO level) in Information Technology, Business Information Management, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field. At least 5 years of IT experience, including strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, such as Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse. Knowledge of application lifecycle management (ALM), deployment processes, testing, release management, governance, security and support models. Experience with integrations, APIs, custom connectors, SharePoint Online, Azure services, SQL and working within Agile or DevOps environments. Nice to have Microsoft certifications such as PL-200, PL-400, PL-600 or related Microsoft 365 and Azure certifications. Experience with enterprise-scale Power Platform environments, deployment pipelines, monitoring and performance optimisation. Experience in asset management, engineering, maintenance processes or SAP environments. Experience supporting citizen development initiatives and transitioning business-managed applications into formal IT support.

Core Responsibilities

Design, develop, and improve Power Platform solutions, translating business requirements into functional and technical designs and advising stakeholders on suitable solutions and architecture. Help professionalize the platform landscape through application onboarding, documentation, support, testing, releases, incident resolution, governance, and coaching colleagues and citizen developers.

Requirements

Requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least five years of IT experience, including strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. Candidates should understand ALM, deployment, testing, release management, governance, security, and support, and have experience with integrations, APIs, Microsoft 365, Azure, SQL, and Agile or DevOps environments.
