We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Facility & Technical Services Manager to support the installation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of equipment, facilities, and technical systems. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring operational reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting the safe and efficient operation of machinery and infrastructure. This position requires a combination of hands-on technical expertise, project coordination skills, and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities: Support the maintenance and optimization of building-related systems, including HVAC, utilities, electrical installations, and infrastructure in production site. Coordinate external service providers and contractors. Monitor facility performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and facility standards. Plan, coordinate, and execute preventive and maintenance of manufacturing equipment activities. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation-related equipment issues. Analyze equipment performance and implement improvements to increase reliability and efficiency. Key requirements: Relevant experience in maintenance, technical services, facilities, machine installation, or engineering environments. Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and industrial systems. Experience with maintenance management systems (CMMS) is an advantage. Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical reporting. Fluent Dutch (min. B2) Why Join Us? Core Responsibilities

Maintain and improve building systems, infrastructure, and manufacturing equipment, including coordinating contractors, planning preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting technical issues. Monitor facility and equipment performance, implement reliability and efficiency improvements, and ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and facility standards.

Requirements

Relevant experience in maintenance, technical services, facilities, machine installation, or engineering is required, along with a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and industrial systems. Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations, Microsoft Office proficiency, technical reporting skills, and fluent Dutch at B2 level or higher are required; CMMS experience is an advantage.
