As the connecting force within Global HR, you will link people, projects and priorities across our global HR teams and local markets. You will help turn strategy into action, ensuring key initiatives move forward and deliver results. What You'll Do As the right hand to our CHRO, you will support both strategic initiatives and day-to-day execution. No two days are the same. Key Responsibilities Include Acting as the central connector between the CHRO, HR Centres of Expertise, HR teams and local markets. Coordinating strategic HR projects and ensuring actions are followed through to completion. Supporting the CHRO with presentations, leadership updates, meeting preparation and stakeholder communication. Handling HR reporting, insights and dashboards to support decision-making. Coordinating the annual HR strategy and budget planning process. Overseeing the Global HR calendar and ensuring alignment across key HR activities. Supporting governance, policies and global HR standards. Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and keeping priorities moving forward. Thriving in a fast-paced environment where you manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. What You'll Bring 2-4 years of experience in HR, HR Business Partnering, project coordination, consulting, business support or a similar role. Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to work closely with senior leaders in an international environment. A proactive, hands-on mindset, combining excellent organizational, project management and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong analytical and storytelling skills, able to translate insights into actions and create compelling executive-level presentations and leadership updates. Digital savvy, with an affinity for technology and HR systems; Workday experience is a plus. Fluent in English; Dutch is an advantage. Core Responsibilities
Coordinate global HR projects and priorities, connecting the CHRO, HR teams, Centres of Expertise, and local markets while ensuring initiatives are completed. Support the CHRO with planning, reporting, presentations, governance, stakeholder communications, and the annual HR strategy and budget process.
Requirements
Applicants should have 2–4 years of experience in HR, project coordination, consulting, business support, or a similar role, along with a bachelor's or master's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field. The role calls for strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, organizational, and project execution skills; English fluency is required, Dutch is an advantage, and Workday experience is a plus.
