Over de functie As an Assistant Team Leader, you will be responsible for supporting the operation of multiple production lines and ensuring that production meets the required quality and quantity standards. Compliance with quality and safety regulations is essential. Your responsibilities will include: Organising and coordinating the work of the production team Ensuring product quality and compliance with hygiene and safety standards Solving day-to-day operational issues and responding to production deviations Training, onboarding, and supporting new employees Setting up machines according to the required parameters Working hours Our production facilities operate 24/7, which means you will work in a three-shift system, including weekends Starting times vary depending on the shift and the team. Core Responsibilities

Coordinate and support the work of multiple production lines, ensuring production meets quality, quantity, hygiene, and safety requirements. Resolve daily operational issues, respond to production deviations, train and support new employees, and set up machines to required parameters.

Requirements

Requires MBO Level 3 education or equivalent working and thinking level, good spoken and written Dutch and/or English, and basic Microsoft Office knowledge. Previous food production experience and experience in a similar role are also required.
