Over de functie As a Junior Production Operator at Snack Connection in Bergschenhoek, you’ll be a vital part of our production team. You’ll work in a modern, fast-paced production facility where teamwork and efficiency are key. Your main responsibilities will include: Operating and monitoring packaging machines for nut-based snacks Conducting quality checks to make sure products meet our high standards Carrying out routine equipment cleaning and basic maintenance Quickly resolving minor issues on the production line to keep things moving Following safety and hygiene procedures in the food production environment Maintaining accurate records of production output and issues Working collaboratively with other team members to meet daily targets You’ll be working full-time in a 3-shift system from Monday to Friday: Morning shift: 6:00 a.m. – 2:45 p.m. Afternoon shift: 2:00 p.m. – 10:45 p.m. Night shift: 10:00 p.m. – 6:45 a.m. Occasional weekend work may be needed, with extra pay for those shifts.
