This is the job As a Graduate Software Engineer in our Development Automation team, you will play a key role in building innovative solutions and systems that help our CTO organisation and other stakeholders remain compliant, develop secure and reliable software, and work more efficiently and productively. Your Role at Exact As a Software Engineer, you will join a diverse and proactive team responsible for developing and enhancing internal processes and solutions across Exact. You will work closely with a wide range ofteams throughout the organisation, collaborating to deliver impactful projects and drive continuous mprovement. From day one, you will contribute to meaningful projects while receiving the guidance, support, and mentorship needed to accelerate your development as a software engineer. Examples of projects within our domain include: CI/CD pipelines Cloud infrastructure GitHub and Azure DevOps management AI enablement Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Developer support Engineering tools and automation Your work will have a direct impact on how hundreds of engineers work every day. To be successful in this role, you'll have: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A strong interest in software development, cloud technologies, and automation. Good problem-solving and analytical skills. A willingness to learn new technologies and continuously develop your skills. Strong communication and teamwork skills. A proactive mindset and a desire to take ownership of your work. Nice to have: Experience with programming or scripting languages such as TypeScript, C#, or PowerShell. Familiarity with cloud platforms, CI/CD, Git, Docker, or Kubernetes. Personal, academic, or open-source projects that demonstrate your passion for technology. Our Onboarding Experience We want you to feel at home from the start. Core Responsibilities
Develop and enhance internal processes, systems, and engineering tools that help Exact teams work efficiently and build secure, reliable software. Contribute to projects involving CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, developer automation, and secure software development, collaborating with teams across the organization.
Requirements
A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required, along with an interest in software development, cloud technologies, and automation. Candidates should demonstrate problem-solving, communication, teamwork, initiative, and willingness to learn; experience with programming languages or tools such as TypeScript, C#, PowerShell, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD is a plus.
