Financial Administrator (32–40 hours) The New Ways is an international wholesale and manufacturing company dedicated to delivering high-quality products and excellent customer service. We own a wide range of brands, including the popular G-Rollz. Because our company is growing fast, we are looking for an enthusiastic Financial Administrator. About the role As Financial Administrator, you will join our Finance & Administration department. The department is responsible for financial policy, day-to-day bookkeeping, payroll, procedures, controls and reporting systems. It also oversees general accounting, accounts receivable and collections, and makes sure all work complies with laws and regulations. You will make sure our records and reports are accurate and on time, so the business has a clear view of its results. You will also handle personnel administration and keep contracts up to date. Your main responsibilities Processing incoming invoices: recording, checking and reporting Managing accounts receivable, including sending payment reminders and formal collection notices Processing daily cash and bank transactions Preparing VAT returns and the monthly and year-end close What we're looking for A completed degree in finance, accounting or business economics (MBO/HBO level, i.e. vocational or bachelor's) At least 4 years of experience in financial administration Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Experience preparing financial reports, annual reports and management reports Experience with accounting software (AccountView preferred) Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written Availability for 32–40 hours per week
Core Responsibilities
Process and report incoming invoices, manage accounts receivable and collections, handle daily cash and bank transactions, and prepare VAT returns and monthly and year-end closings. Maintain accurate financial records and reports, and manage personnel administration and employment contracts.
Requirements
Requires a completed finance, accounting, or business economics qualification at vocational or bachelor's level and at least four years of financial administration experience. Candidates should have advanced Excel skills, experience preparing financial and management reports, familiarity with accounting software (AccountView preferred), and fluency in Dutch and English.
