Passionate about hospitality, branding, and marketing? Based at our PPHE Hotel Group Regional Office in Amsterdam Sloterdijk, you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team responsible for supporting brands including Park Plaza, art'otel, Radisson RED, and Arena Hospitality Group. Working closely with colleagues across multiple countries, you will help bring our brands to life while ensuring consistency, creativity, and excellence across all marketing activities. As a Brand Marketing Intern, you will support the Brand Marketing team in delivering marketing projects, coordinating brand initiatives, and maintaining brand consistency across our hotel portfolio. This role is ideal for a student who is creative, organised, curious, and eager to gain practical experience in hospitality marketing and branding. Responsibilities Support the Brand Marketing team in maintaining brand standards across online and offline marketing materials Assist with marketing requests from hotels, suppliers, and internal stakeholders Support the management of our digital asset library and assist with monthly training webinars Conduct market research and analyse trends to support marketing initiatives and projects Assist with the preparation of presentations, marketing materials, events, and photo shoots Identify opportunities to enhance brand awareness and support business performance Essential Requirements Currently enrolled in an HBO Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related study programme Strong communication skills in English, written and spoken Passion for branding, marketing, hospitality, and creative storytelling Proactive, organised, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Analytical mindset with an interest in market research and brand performance Eligible to complete an internship in the Netherlands Available for a minimum internship period of 6 months Preferred Requirements Understanding of marketing, branding, and digital marketing principles Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills Ability to take initiative and manage tasks independently Knowledge of Adobe InDesign and/or Photoshop is an advantage Dutch language skills are beneficial but not required Your Benefits And Perks Free meal during every shift Receive €250 for referring another intern Real-world experience in a dynamic hospitality environment Learning & development opportunities to build valuable skill Heavily discounted hotel rates 50% discount in our restaurants and bars Access to exclusive employee discounts and offers Fun social events and team celebrations We provide a monthly allowance of €750, exceeding Horeca CAO (BOL) guidelines, with full coverage of travel and job-related expenses. Core Responsibilities

Conduct market research and assist with presentations, marketing materials, events, and photo shoots to strengthen brand awareness and business performance.

Requirements

Applicants must be enrolled in an HBO programme in hospitality, marketing, communications, business, or a related field, have strong written and spoken English, and be eligible to complete an internship in the Netherlands for at least six months. The role calls for creativity, organisation, attention to detail, analytical interest, and a proactive approach; knowledge of Adobe InDesign or Photoshop is an advantage, and Dutch is beneficial but not required.
