Job Description We are looking for an IPSG PMO Project Manager to support the successful delivery of cross-functional projects across the IPSG portfolio. In this role, you will manage medium/high complexity initiatives from planning through to implementation and handover, ensuring projects are delivered with clear structure, strong governance, and effective stakeholder engagement. Working closely with Business Owners, Business Process Management (BPM), IT, Architects, suppliers and regional teams, you will help translate business needs into well-managed project plans, coordinate delivery activities, track risks and dependencies, and provide clear reporting to the PMO and stakeholders. Responsibilities As PMO Project Manager you that the below responsibilties: Plan and manage assigned IPSG projects, including scope, milestones, resources, risks, issues and dependencies. Coordinate project delivery across business, BPM, IT, suppliers and regional stakeholders. Prepare project documentation and reporting for PMO and governance forums. Support clear decision-making by escalating risks, issues and required decisions in a timely way. Drive implementation, handover and transition into BAU, with attention to adoption and quality. Ensure alignment with IPSG PMO processes, templates, governance standards and quality gates. Qualifications Solid project management experience in business operations, service, transformation or IT-related environments. Strong planning, coordination, communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively in a matrix organisation with multiple teams and priorities. Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and pragmatic delivery mindset. Experience working with business and IT stakeholders; international experience is desirable. Knowledge of IPSG processes or similar operational/service environments is an advantage. Requirements

Candidates should be analytical, pragmatic, and effective in matrix organizations; international experience is desirable, and knowledge of IPSG or similar operational and service environments is an advantage.
