Core Responsibilities
Deliver excellent sales and after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction, drive sales, and build lasting client relationships that generate leads. Maintain high boutique operating standards and participate in off-site events and clienteling activities.
Requirements
Experience in fine jewellery or watches, along with solid knowledge of and passion for gemstones and watches, is expected. Candidates should be meticulous, organized, client-focused, strong communicators in English, and able to develop a loyal client network; Dutch is a plus.
