Job Description
Portfolio first: apply via https://wolfstreet.nl/job/ai-artist/ or include a link to your portfolio or showreel in your application. Applications without a link will not be considered. You must be based in the Netherlands. Who are we? Wolfstreet is an Amsterdam-based creative and production agency specialized in visual content. We build campaigns and content for brands and agencies by combining what we do in-house: creative development, production and post-production. We work for brands like Vinted, Picnic, BUX, Stëlz and Mastercard. Who are we looking for? We’re looking for a Generative AI Artist with real taste and the technical skills to back it up, to join our in-house AI studio. You sit somewhere between art director and technician. You know how to get exactly the image you have in mind out of a model, and you know when something isn’t good enough yet. You work closely with our post team on shots that need to hold up in a campaign, and just as closely with our creatives while ideas are still taking shape - from look development and moodfilms to final, production-ready output. You combine a strong eye with a solid VFX foundation, so your work doesn’t stop at a nice generation: you make it fit, match and hold up in the final edit. Taste first, tools second Anyone can generate an image. What we’re after is someone who knows what makes an image right: composition, light, texture and consistency across a whole campaign. The tools change every month, taste and judgement don’t. That’s why your portfolio is leading for us. Show us the work you’re proud of, and tell us how you made it. What you’ll do Develop looks, styleframes and visual concepts together with our creatives Create production-ready AI imagery and video for campaigns, social and branded content Build and maintain node-based workflows (e.g. ComfyUI) for consistent, controllable results Work hand in hand with our online artists and editors to integrate AI shots into the final film Take care of the 2D side yourself where needed: compositing, clean-up, keying and matching Keep track of new models and tools, test what’s worth it and help shape how we use AI at Wolfstreet You Have a portfolio that shows both strong taste and technical control - your portfolio is leading in our selection Are an exceptional prompter who gets consistent, art-directed results instead of lucky shots Know the current generative image and video tools inside out, and can build your own node setups Have solid VFX basics: 2D compositing, clean-up, keying and a good understanding of how shots come together in post Think like an art director, with a clear point of view on look, style and quality Enjoy working with both post-production and creative teams, and communicate clearly Speak fluent English (Dutch is not required) and live in the Netherlands What we offer €3,750 - €4,250 gross per month (excl. 8% holiday allowance), depending on experience A 32 to 40 hour week, whichever suits you best Ownership over your role and real creative freedom Campaigns for big (inter)national brands Pension scheme An annual development budget, and time to actually use it A real say in how AI and creative workflows evolve at Wolfstreet A vibrant office in Amsterdam Noord Weekly drinks, regular events and a team that actually likes each other How to apply Send a short motivation, your CV and - most importantly - a link to your portfolio or showreel. The best way to apply is via https://wolfstreet.nl/job/ai-artist/. You can also mail it to [email protected].
