We are looking for a highly analytical and commercially minded Group Pricing & Benchmark Manager to define and lead the Group Pricing Strategy across all product categories and markets. In this strategic leadership role, you will maximize profitability, competitiveness and commercial performance through data-driven pricing decisions, market intelligence and pricing governance. You will work closely with Sales, Product Management, Finance, Marketing and Business Intelligence teams to ensure pricing excellence throughout the organization. About the Role As part of the ongoing development and transformation of our Supply Chain and S&OP organization, we are looking for a Master Data Specialist to strengthen our team in Ede. In this key position, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, consistency and reliability of product master data across the business. Acting as a central link between Product Management, Supply Chain, Inventory, Marketing, Sales and IT teams, you will contribute directly to operational excellence and business performance. Reporting to the Inventory & Master Data Manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining data integrity, supporting product launches, improving business processes and supporting master data governance initiatives across the organization. Key Responsibilities Product Master Data Management Own and maintain the accuracy, consistency and completeness of product master data across the organization. Define, implement and continuously improve master data standards, business rules and workflows. Ensure a centralized and structured approach to product information management. Consolidate information from multiple departments and eliminate data silos. Guarantee reliable access to product data for Product Management, Inventory, Marketing, Sales and Customer Care teams. Master Data Systems Administration Maintain, enrich and validate product master data within company systems. Perform regular data quality and integrity checks. Create and update master files, reports and data documentation. Investigate and resolve day-to-day master data issues. Collaborate closely with IT to optimize system performance and data governance. Product Launch & Planning Coordination Coordinate master data activities related to new product introductions and catalogue launches. Develop and monitor planning timelines, milestones and deliverables. Ensure timely collection and validation of all required product information, including pricing, product specifications, codes, templates and images. Act as a key contact between international stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. Project Management & Process Improvement Lead and support projects aimed at improving master data management and business processes. Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency gains and cost savings. Translate business requirements into practical and scalable solutions. Support the implementation of new tools, workflows and best practices. Business Support & Reporting Provide expertise and support to internal stakeholders on master data-related topics. Develop and monitor data quality and operational KPIs. Produce regular reporting and insights for management and business teams. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the Supply Chain and S&OP organization. Your Profile Education & Experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Data Management, Engineering or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in a Master Data, Data Governance or similar analytical role. Experience working in data-driven environments with complex product information structures. Experience in an international and cross-functional business environment is a strong advantage. Technical Skills Advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of SAP ERP (SAP R/3 preferred). Affinity with systems, data architecture and digital tools. Strong analytical and data-structuring capabilities. Personal Skills Strong analytical and conceptual thinking. Excellent planning and prioritization skills. Project management and stakeholder management capabilities. Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset. Core Responsibilities
Maintain accurate, consistent, and complete product master data, including data standards, system records, quality checks, and issue resolution. Coordinate product launch data and improvement projects, support internal stakeholders, and report on data quality and operational KPIs.
Requirements
A bachelor's or master's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Data Management, Engineering, or a related field, with at least three years of experience in master data, data governance, or a similar analytical role. Candidates should have advanced Excel skills, preferably SAP R/3 experience, strong analytical and organizational abilities, and effective project and stakeholder management skills.
