After-sales Manager Location: Zaandam, Netherlands Department:After-sales Employment Type:Full-time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and customer-oriented **After-sales Manager** to manage the after-sales operations of our Zaandam showroom. The position is responsible for workshop operations, customer service, team management, repair quality, warranty handling and overall after-sales performance. Key Responsibilities * Manage the daily operations of the after-sales department in the Zaandam showroom. * Lead and coordinate technicians, service advisors and reception staff. * Plan workshop appointments and allocate tasks to ensure efficient and timely vehicle repairs. * Monitor repair quality, service efficiency and customer satisfaction. * Handle customer complaints and after-sales issues professionally and efficiently. * Manage warranty claims and ensure compliance with manufacturer requirements and company procedures. * Monitor after-sales KPIs, revenue, costs and operational performance. * Coordinate with the Sales Department to ensure a smooth customer experience. * Monitor workshop equipment, tools and spare parts requirements and coordinate with relevant departments. * Establish and improve after-sales processes, service standards and internal procedures. * Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety requirements and applicable Dutch regulations. * Prepare regular after-sales performance reports and provide improvement recommendations to management. * Recruit, train, motivate and evaluate after-sales team members. * Support the continuous improvement of customer satisfaction and the overall after-sales business in Zaandam. Requirements 5+ years of experience in automotive after-sales service, preferably in a dealership or 4S environment. Previous experience in an after-sales manager, workshop manager or similar management position. Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance, repair and after-sales operations. Experience managing technicians and customer-facing service staff. Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. Good understanding of after-sales KPIs, customer satisfaction and cost control. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Good command of English; Chinese is a plus. Experience with BYD, DENZA or other automotive brands is an advantage. Valid driving licence. What we offer Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications. Core Responsibilities

Manage the Zaandam showroom’s after-sales operations, including workshop scheduling, repair quality, warranty claims, customer service, and team leadership. Monitor performance, costs, and customer satisfaction while improving processes and coordinating with Sales and other departments.

Requirements

Requires at least five years of automotive after-sales experience, including experience in a management role and strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and service operations. Candidates should have leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, understand after-sales KPIs and cost control, hold a valid driving licence, and have a good command of English; Chinese and experience with BYD, DENZA, or other automotive brands are advantages.
