Job Description Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order management, delivery status, and logistics-related inquiries. Receive, validate, and process customer orders accurately in SAP, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and company policies. Monitor order progress from order entry through delivery, proactively communicating updates and resolving issues to maintain high customer satisfaction. Provide operational and sales support to customers and internal stakeholders throughout the order fulfillment process. Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Warehouse, RMA, and other cross-functional teams to ensure timely order execution and effective issue resolution. Maintain accurate customer master data, order records, and related documentation within the ERP system. Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-up actions, ensuring prompt communication and timely closure. Coordinate outbound shipments with warehouses to ensure timely and accurate order deliveries. Monitor delivery performance, shipment exceptions, transportation status, and proof of delivery (POD) discrepancies, implementing corrective actions as required. Investigate and support the resolution of shipment damage, delivery issues, and customer claims in collaboration with warehouse teams and relevant stakeholders. Track order backlog and delivery performance to support operational efficiency and service level targets. Support continuous improvement initiatives by reviewing and optimizing order fulfillment, logistics, and customer service processes. Ensure compliance with customer requirements, shipping procedures, import/export regulations, and internal operational policies. Qualifications Intermediate Vocational Education (MBO) level or equivalent qualification. 1-3 years of experience in Order Fulfillment, Order Management, Customer Service, Logistics, or Supply Chain Operations within an international business environment. Experience in the ICT, Electronics, Technology, or related industries is preferred. Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, including order entry, processing, and customer data maintenance. Fluent in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in Chinese or an additional foreign language is considered an advantage. Strong customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to understand customer requirements and provide timely, accurate, and effective support. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

Core Responsibilities

Process and monitor customer orders in SAP from order entry through delivery, keeping customers informed and resolving order, shipment, and delivery issues. Coordinate with sales, supply chain, warehouse, and other teams to support timely fulfillment, maintain accurate records, monitor performance, and improve operational processes.

Requirements

Requires MBO-level vocational education or equivalent and 1–3 years of experience in order fulfillment, order management, customer service, logistics, or supply chain operations. Candidates should have ERP experience, preferably SAP, fluent written and spoken English, strong customer service and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Chinese or another foreign language is an advantage.
