Job Description This role serves as the central operational and analytical anchor for the EMEA region. As a key individual contributor, you will provide comprehensive visibility across both solution and branded product businesses by consolidating data, monitoring performance, and driving cross-functional alignment. You will work closely with regional teams to strengthen operational excellence and support effective business execution. Key Responsibilities Business Operations & Performance Analysis Coordinate end-to-end daily business operations across the EMEA region for both solution and branded product lines. Track KPI achievements, conduct detailed revenue gap analyses, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to formulate practical recovery plans. Collaborate with cross-country teams to identify operational bottlenecks and support initiatives that improve overall business performance. Identify and mitigate logistics-related risks and operational bottlenecks. Process Optimization & Transformation Facilitate the rollout and execution of end-to-end process implementations and digital transformation initiatives. Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with regional and global operational, commercial, and financial standards Partner & Channel Management Manage the partner lifecycle, including contracts, onboarding, termination, and performance reviews. Develop partner programs, organize workshops and events, and improve channel and alliance-management processes. Digital Enablement & Knowledge Management Use AI and digital tools to structure, analyze, and visualize end-to-end transaction data. Evaluate and implement digital solutions with IT and HQ, and drive cross-region DMS and CRM enablement. Maintain the SharePoint knowledge hub, operational FAQs, regional portal, and data dashboards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or a related discipline. 10+ years of experience in Business Operations, Commercial Operations, Sales Operations or Customer Operations within international business environments. Proven experience supporting regional and global business operations across cross-functional teams. Extensive experience leading and optimizing end-to-end business processes, ensuring seamless collaboration across Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance and Operations. Demonstrated success in driving business process standardization, operational governance and continuous improvement initiatives. Experience leading ERP implementation, business system optimization and digital transformation projects. Strong understanding of commercial operations, customer operations, supply chain and logistics processes. Proven ability to partner with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service and Project Management teams to improve operational performance and business efficiency. Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP), CRM and sales pipeline management, business process mapping and governance, performance reporting, business data analysis and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Fluency in English and Chinese is required; proficiency in another European language is an advantage.

Core Responsibilities

Coordinate EMEA business operations across solution and branded product lines, monitor KPIs and revenue performance, and work with regional teams to resolve bottlenecks and improve execution. Lead process and digital transformation initiatives, manage partner and channel activities, and maintain operational knowledge resources and dashboards.

Requirements

Requires a bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, operations management, or a related field, plus 10 or more years of relevant operations experience in an international environment. Candidates should have strong cross-functional process improvement and digital transformation experience, proficiency with SAP, CRM, data analysis and advanced Excel, and fluency in English and Chinese.
