The LoNo (Low and No Alcohol) category is the fastest-growing segment in the industry. In this role, you will combine Marketing, Strategy, and Innovation to drive growth for our 0.0 portfolio and our exciting range of Low alcohol propositions (≤3.5% ABV). What will you be working on? Analyze trends: You will dive into data to track the rapid rise of the "sober-curious" movement, covering everything from completely alcohol-free to lighter, sessionable options (≤3.5% ABV). Create impact: You will design high-quality, persuasive presentations and visual assets to communicate our LoNo strategy to stakeholders worldwide. Innovate with tech: You will leverage AI tools to streamline research, generate creative concepts, and stay ahead of the curve. Collaborate: You will work closely with the Global Commerce, Brand, and Innovation teams to roll out initiatives for brands like Heineken 0.0, Amstel Radler, and other low-alcohol innovations. What a Day In The Internship Could Look Like You start your day with a coffee and a chat with the team before diving into the world of Low & No Alcohol drinks. One day you might be spotting the next big consumer trend, the next you're helping create a brand-new product concept that could end up on shelves in the future. You'll work with people from different teams, from Marketing to Research & Development, learn how strong innovations are built, and help uncover the biggest growth opportunities in the category. In between projects, there are plenty of chances to connect with colleagues, join intern events, and enjoy the occasional social gathering. In addition, you bring: You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (e.g., Business, Marketing, Innovation, or Design). You have strong analytical skills and can translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. You are a visual storyteller—expert in PowerPoint/Keynote; design skills and experience with AI tools are a major plus. Conditions of HEINEKEN You are enrolled at an educational institution for the entire duration of your internship and can provide proof of enrollment for the current academic year during your onboarding. In the case of non-EU nationality, you must be registered as an intern with a Dutch educational institution. In case of EU nationality, you may also be registered as an intern at educational institutions outside the EU. You reside in the Netherlands for the entire duration of your internship. Please note that HEINEKEN does not provide housing. You are in possession of a valid citizen service number (BSN). Our Internship Conditions During your time as an intern at HEINEKEN, you’ll work in a dynamic environment where growing and learning are at the heart of everything we do. Together, we brew your future step by step. In addition, we offer you: A full-time practice-oriented internship, starting on February 1, 2027 The duration of the internship is 6 months (to be agreed upon with your internship supervisor) You will be based in Amsterdam At HEINEKEN, we work with a hybrid model, typically spending three days a week at the office and two days working from home You will receive a monthly internship allowance of €650 gross based on a 40-hour workweek You will earn 2 vacation days per month (based on a full-time internship) If you do not have a public transport student subscription, your commuting costs will be fully reimbursed Interested?
