We are looking for a dedicated Compliance Training Coordinator to join our Compliance team. This role will support the management of our compliance training programs, maintain the LMS, track completion, and help ensure on-time, accurate recording of training for all staff. As a Compliance Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and administrating compliance-related training programs to employees at all levels of the organization. You will work closely with all relevant stakeholders to coordinate and support compliance training activities, manage training administration and logistics, and facilitate the delivery of training sessions both in-person, virtually and through the e-learning platform. As this position supports employees across Europe, excellent English language skills are essential. This is a part-time position of approximately 20 hours per week, with flexibility in working days and hours. As the role requires around 60% office presence in our Amstelveen office, it is helpful if you live within a reasonable commuting distance. Purpose of the position To coordinate and administrate training initiatives for the Nikon organization in Europe. Key Responsibilities Administer compliance training programmes Administrate the Learning Management System (LMS) platform, ensuring smooth platform operation, enrolment, trouble shooting, etc. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth roll-out of training courses Monitor training completion progress, and follow up non-completion Report training completion Support training-related communications and adapt training materials where needed. Support onboarding activities and ensure completion of mandatory training programmes Identify opportunities to improve training processes and optimize LMS usage The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong affinity for compliance training including experience in administrating LMS platform, working with different stakeholders and excellent communication skills. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to training development are essential for success in this position. Requirements

Candidates should have relevant education and at least three years of experience in a similar role, including experience developing processes, policies, and training programs. Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, excellent English, Excel proficiency, and a proactive, process-oriented approach are required; LMS experience is desirable, with Moodle Workplace and experience in a Japanese corporate compliance environment considered advantages.
