In addition we offer 5 extra paid paternity days after 1 year of service. Responsibilities You are responsible for preparing breakfast/lunch/dinner (depending on the shift) together with the Kitchen Team; You are responsible for creating remarkable culinary experiences in the Food & Beverage outlets; restaurant and meeting areas; You make sure that the HACCP rules and regulations are followed; You support the Commis de Cuisine and Demi Chef de Partie; You assist the Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef with creating the menus; You take ownership of the efficient running of the kitchen in the absence of Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef. Qualifications Qualifications You have an European passport or a Dutch work permit; You are fluent in English; You are flexible working different shifts (morning and evening); You are passionate about hospitality; You have 2 years work experience as Demi-Chef de Partie or you already have experience as Chef de Partie; You are open minded and eager to learn. Preferred Qualifications You have graduated a Culinary Program; You have kitchen hygiene certifications. We are looking forward to meeting you if you are interest

Core Responsibilities

Prepare breakfast, lunch, or dinner with the kitchen team and create memorable culinary experiences in the restaurant and meeting areas. Follow HACCP requirements, support junior kitchen staff, assist with menu creation, and oversee kitchen operations when senior chefs are absent.

Requirements

Applicants must have a European passport or Dutch work permit, be fluent in English, and be flexible to work morning and evening shifts. They should have at least two years of experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or experience as a Chef de Partie; culinary program graduation and kitchen hygiene certifications are preferred.
