Your team You will join the Amsterdam based Dutch legal contracting team of 8 experienced legal professionals, part of a broader regional legal contracting team together with the Nordics containing of Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland. Your background Master in Dutch law 10+ years relevant experience in commercial contracting in information technology, consulting, GenAI, digital, software, outsourcing or telecoms – in-house or law firm Fluent Dutch and English Experience in data privacy and intellectual property, as well as in Dutch public procurement Your Skill Requirements Beyond the credentials: you negotiate with conviction, not just caution. You are equally adept in the boardroom and reviewing contracts. You know when to hold firm, when to find another way — and you have the curiosity to understand the technology behind the contracts you shape. You have proven ability to efficiently manage a large volume of transaction independently. You have experience negotiating and drafting technology-based agreements. Core Responsibilities

Lead and close complex technology transactions, including outsourcing, SaaS, cloud, automation, blockchain security, systems integration, and agile development deals. Advise senior leaders on legal and risk issues, coach junior colleagues, and develop practical resources and transactional practices that support business objectives.

Requirements

Requires a master's degree in Dutch law, at least 10 years of relevant commercial contracting experience, and fluency in Dutch and English. Candidates should have experience with technology agreements, data privacy, intellectual property, Dutch public procurement, and independently managing a high volume of transactions.
