Your role will be essential in preserving the property's assets, minimizing operational disruptions, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the hotel.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

  • Respond promptly and effectively to maintenance requests and technical issues.
  • Monitor and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement timely solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and company standards.
  • Collaborate with operational departments to minimize disruption and support a seamless guest experience.

COULD THIS BE YOU?

  • You have experience in engineering, maintenance, facilities management, or a related technical field, ideally within a hospitality environment.
  • You possess strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
  • You are a skilled problem-solver who enjoys troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges.
  • You are able to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • You take a hands-on approach to your work and have exceptional attention to detail.
  • You are flexible and adaptable, with the ability to support varying business needs, including shifts, weekends, and on-call duties when required.

OUR BENEFITS

As part of our team, you’ll enjoy a thoughtfully designed benefits package that supports your wellbeing, professional growth, and life beyond work. This includes flexible working hours, paid time off, complimentary room nights, learning and development opportunities, global career opportunities, and industry-leading paid parental leave supporting eligible associates across all paths to parenthood.

OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU

We’re a community that encourages associates to be themselves, not fit into a fixed culture, and this philosophy shines through in our commitments to reflect and honor the history, culture and geography of our destinations. We’re not only committed to building and nurturing genuine, long-lasting relationships but to transforming them – and our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) strategy helps put these principles into practice.
