THE TEAM
As part of the Talent & Culture team, you will play a vital role in attracting exceptional talent and shaping the future workforce of the hotel. Reporting to the Director of Talent & Culture, you will collaborate closely with department leaders and key stakeholders across the business to identify talent needs, build strong candidate pipelines, and deliver an outstanding recruitment experience. You will also work alongside the wider Talent & Culture team to support onboarding, employer branding, and people development initiatives that contribute to a thriving workplace culture.
YOUR ROLE
As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for leading the hotel’s recruitment strategy and delivering exceptional talent acquisition outcomes across all departments. You will act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, ensuring the attraction, engagement, and selection of candidates who embody Rosewood’s values and service philosophy.
Through innovative sourcing strategies, a strong employer branding approach, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding candidate experience, you will help build high-performing teams and contribute to the long-term success of the hotel. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring Rosewood remains an employer of choice within the luxury hospitality industry.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing through to offer management and onboarding.
- Partner with department leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to support both immediate hiring requirements and future business needs.
- Deliver a seamless and engaging candidate experience that reflects Rosewood’s commitment to genuine hospitality.
- Strengthen employer branding through recruitment events, partnerships, social media engagement, and talent attraction initiatives.
- Utilize recruitment data, market trends, and insights to continuously improve hiring effectiveness and outcomes.
