- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Life Sciences or a related field.
- Up to 3 years of relevant work experience.

- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- The flexibility and willingness to relocate internationally during the MOVE Leadership Program.
