THE TEAM
As Director of Talent & Culture, you will lead a passionate team dedicated to shaping the associate experience across every stage of the journey, from attracting exceptional talent to developing future leaders and fostering a culture of belonging and excellence. Reporting to the Managing Director, with a dotted-line relationship to the Director of Talent & Culture EMEAC, you will oversee the Talent Acquisition Manager, Talent Development Manager, Talent & Culture Coordinator, and Talent & Culture Intern. As a member of the Executive Committee, you will collaborate closely with department leaders and corporate partners to ensure our people strategy supports the overall success of the hotel.
YOUR ROLE
As a strategic business partner and cultural ambassador, you will champion an exceptional associate experience while ensuring the hotel attracts, develops, engages, and retains outstanding talent. You will lead all Talent & Culture functions, driving initiatives that strengthen performance, engagement, learning, recognition, compliance, and organizational effectiveness.
In this influential leadership role, you will help shape the culture of the hotel, foster meaningful relationships across the organization, and ensure our people practices reflect Rosewood Hotel Group’s values and commitment to excellence. Through your leadership, you will create an environment where associates thrive, teams perform at their best, and memorable guest experiences become possible.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE
- Lead and inspire the Talent & Culture function, ensuring exceptional service standards and a people-first culture across the hotel.
- Develop and execute talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning strategies that attract and retain exceptional talent.
- Partner with leaders across the hotel to strengthen performance management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
- Champion associate engagement, recognition, wellbeing, and communication programs that foster a positive and inclusive workplace.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and all Talent & Culture procedures and practices.
- Drive learning and development initiatives that enhance capability, professional growth, and organizational performance.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll audits, and workforce analytics to support informed business decisions.
- Manage the Talent & Culture budget and contribute strategic insights as a member of the Executive Committee.

Requirements
Candidates must possess substantial leadership experience in Talent & Culture within a luxury or ultra-luxury hospitality environment. Strong expertise in employment legislation, associate relations, and strategic team management is required.
