Job Description

At Vio, we believe booking accommodation should feel fair and effortless, never overwhelming or unclear.

As one of the world’s fastest-growing travel tech platforms, we help millions of users make smarter travel decisions by comparing stays across 100+ booking sites so that they can find the best place, at the best price, anywhere in the world.

Our goal is to help travelers book like an insider. That means cutting through the noise and complexity of hotel booking and surfacing real value with clarity, transparency, and full support. No tricks. No confusion. Just great stays, booked with confidence.

With operations in 100+ markets and growing fast, our mission is to reshape how people discover and book accommodation through technology that travelers can trust.

Who we’re looking for

We are looking for a Reconciliation Analyst to join our Finance team and help us own day-to-day reconciliation, resolve exceptions, and strengthen our reconciliation processes as the business scales.

This role reports to the Head of Finance (MoR) and sits alongside the existing MoR reconciliation team. As our booking volumes grow, we're building dedicated, permanent ownership of daily reconciliation rather than relying on temporary coverage — this is a hands-on, individual-contributor role with room to grow into more senior finance operations responsibilities.

What you’ll do

  • Own day-to-day reconciliation of MoR transactions across payment providers and hotel bookings

  • Investigate and resolve reconciliation exceptions/breaks in a timely and accurate manner

  • Monitor reconciliation metrics and proactively flag anomalies

  • Partner with Customer Service, Operations and Engineering to close recurring gaps

  • Contribute to improving reconciliation processes and controls as transaction volumes grow

Who you are

  • Experience for at least 4 years in a finance/admin operations role involving reconciliation, bookkeeping, or transaction processing.

  • Handson mindset with an analytical but also practical foundation.

  • Strong attention to detail and comfortable working with high transaction volumes

  • Proactive, structured, and comfortable owning problems through to closure

A growth mindset, proactive using AI — eager to develop into a more senior finance operations role over time.

Why join us now?

  • We’re one of the fastest-growing accommodation booking platforms in the world today, having grown our bookings 30x between 2017 and 2025, and catering to the needs of millions of travelers each year. We do that by harnessing the power of advanced algorithms and an innovative suite of product features.

  • In 2026, we underwent a company-wide rebrand and launched our first StoryTelling marketing campaign in the UK. This was the next step in our commitment to help travelers book like insiders, and to establish Vio as a consumer-facing, creative brand.

  • The mobile applications (iOS and Android) we launched in 2023 have been a big success, reaching 5 million installs and earning strong customer reviews.

  • We’re a passionate and diverse team of tech enthusiasts and creatives, with a commitment to the traveler above all else.

  • We reward our employees for the value they create by granting Stock Appreciation Rights to all employees.

What we offer

  • Plenty of chances to learn and grow within an open, diverse culture that promotes knowledge sharing, trust, and transparency.

  • A great compensation package, perks, and benefits – including significant stock appreciation rights.

  • Flexible time off, with as many holidays as you need, and a chance to work remotely.

  • You’ll be part of an international team in one of the best office locations in Amsterdam

  • We value good food and offer catered lunches from various cuisines, great coffee, and the occasional barbecue in our garden.

  • We enjoy getting together to celebrate our wins, with company events in Amsterdam and abroad.

  • A budget for your home office

  • Access to free mental health support via OpenUp

We encourage people from all ethnic groups, genders, sexualities, ages, and abilities to apply. If this job description resonates with you, we’d love to hear from you.
