As a Junior Predictive Maintenance Consultant, you’ll use your engineering knowledge to understand how industrial machines behave, detect early signs of failure, and help customers prevent costly breakdowns. You’ll work with real-world sensor data from rotating equipment and combine your knowledge of mechanics and machinery with AI-driven diagnostics to determine what is happening inside the machine—and what should be done about it. You’ll play an integral role in shaping our growing consultancy team within the Benelux market. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Serve as the main contact for maintenance and plant managers across various industries;

  • An understanding of mechanics, vibration, machinery or other engineering fundamentals;

  • Recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience;

  • Analytical mindset and curiosity: you enjoy figuring out why something is behaving differently from expected;

  • Comfortable working with data and learning new technical tools;

  • Able to explain technical findings clearly to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders;

  • Proactive, independent and comfortable working directly with customers;

  • Fluent in Dutch and English, written and spoken.

  • Pension Contribution of 4% with an employer sponsored retirement plan
