JOB PURPOSE

We are hiring a Store Operations Assistant to join our team in Roermond on a 6-12 month fixed-term contract. Through your passion for the brand and professionalism, you will play an important role in supporting the smooth and efficient running of our back-of-house operations. Working closely with the wider store team, you will help ensure products, stock and operational processes are managed to the highest standard, enabling an exceptional customer experience. At Burberry, your contribution will support both operational excellence and the delivery of luxury service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the day-to-day back-of-house operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency and compliance with company standards.
  • Receive, process and organise deliveries, transfers and stock movements in a timely manner.
  • Maintain high standards of stockroom organisation and inventory accuracy.
  • Support replenishment activities to ensure product availability on the sales floor.
  • Work collaboratively with sales and operations teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Adhere to operational procedures, health and safety requirements, and loss prevention standards.

PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Previous experience in a retail, stockroom, operations or logistics environment is advantageous.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
  • A collaborative team player who builds positive relationships across the store.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with a solutions-focused approach to work.
  • Passion for luxury retail and a commitment to delivering operational excellence.
