For our Abbott Diabetes Care (ADC) business, we are looking for a Data Manager to join our Benelux organization.
In this role, you will lead the Digital Management Solutions team and play a key role in strengthening Abbott’s digital ecosystem across the Benelux. You will work closely with healthcare institutions, healthcare professionals and internal teams to ensure our digital diabetes management solutions are successfully implemented, supported and continuously improved.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach and develop the Digital Management Solutions team, building a high-performing team focused on operational excellence and customer experience.
- Position the team as a trusted digital partner and primary point of escalation for healthcare institutions.
- Oversee the implementation, integration and lifecycle management of Abbott’s digital solutions and cloud-based platforms within healthcare institutions.
- Support healthcare professionals and key stakeholders in adopting and making optimal use of Abbott’s digital diabetes management solutions.
- Ensure the seamless and secure sharing of Abbott health data between relevant clinical stakeholders.
- Coordinate digital field activities and work closely with hospitals, users, Sales, Marketing and Customer Service to resolve issues and optimize digital workflows.
- Translate local customer and commercial needs into actionable requirements for EMEA and global Research & Development teams.
- Use customer insights to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, strengthening customer satisfaction, adoption and long-term business value.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical, commercial, IT or engineering field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 4 years of experience working with high-value solutions or propositions, ideally within the healthcare industry.
- Experience building relationships with healthcare stakeholders and senior-level decision-makers.
- A strong combination of technical understanding and commercial awareness.
- Knowledge of networking protocols, cloud-based solutions and digital ecosystems.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication, listening, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, customer-focused and business development mindset.
- Fluency in English and French and/or Dutch.
