Job Description

Implement the Engineering Manual during new product launches and Engineering Changes, ensuring the maintenance of productive processes and achieving zero defects.

Responsibilities

 

Responsibilities typically include:

  • Provide engineering coaxial harness samples and support prototype and pilot production runs.
  • Develop accurate labor content and create an optimal production plan.
  • Successfully complete the pre-planning process by following the instructions contained in the Engineering Manual.
  • Determine tooling and equipment requirements for new product launches and engineering changes.
  • Develop accurate work standards (including routing, if applicable) and provide them to the manufacturing plants.
 • Successfully support the release, launch, and follow-up of new programs, helping to identify and resolve all issues as outlined in the Engineering Manual.
 • Ensure rigorous implementation within the coaxial product planning process of: Master Board, Master Harness, Hybrid Harness, and tempering processes, Accurate Length Chart, Visual aids and operating instructions in accordance with established standards.

Education Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree on Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics or any related.

Experience Requirements

•At least 1 year preferable of experience in manufacturing coaxial cables for the automotive industry.
