- You are responsible for the quality of the maintenance in the rooms 🛏️ and common areas. 🏢

- Direct coordinator between the subcontracting company & Mama, you control the work carried out and ensure the proper application of the cleaning contract. 📋
- You coordinate with the various internal and external services. 🤝
- You’re in charge of the orders for the laundry 🧺 and non-consumables 🧴 (hospitality products and equipment in the room).
- As a head of service, you are on the lookout for any malfunctions ⚠️, comments 📝, and customer complaints. 🙋♂️📢

Core Responsibilities
You will oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of hotel rooms and common areas while coordinating with subcontracting companies. Additionally, you are responsible for managing laundry orders, monitoring supply levels, and addressing customer feedback to ensure high satisfaction.
Requirements
The ideal candidate possesses strong management skills, including cost control and team motivation, along with proficiency in Opera Cloud. You must be a diplomatic communicator capable of anticipating needs and maintaining high standards of hygiene and aesthetics.
