Job Description
- het huidige end-to-end orderproces analyseren, van klantorder tot SAP-order;
- veelvoorkomende foutoorzaken en uitzonderingen analyseren;
- terugkerende knelpunten te identificeren;
- inventariseren welke handmatige werkzaamheden nog worden uitgevoerd door Operations en Order Management;
- verbeter- en automatiseringsvoorstellen uitwerken en prioriteren;
- businesscases opstellen voor kansrijke optimalisaties;
- waar relevant prototypes, dashboards of controles ontwikkelen ter ondersteuning van het proces.
- je volgt een hbo- of wo-opleiding in de richting van IT, Business IT & Management, Informatica, Technische Bedrijfskunde of vergelijkbaar;
- je hebt affiniteit met procesoptimalisatie en digitale transformatie;
- je bent analytisch sterk en kunt zelfstandig onderzoek uitvoeren;
- je hebt interesse in ERP-systemen, waaronder SAP, en in e-commerce-integraties;
- je communiceert helder en werkt gemakkelijk samen met verschillende stakeholders;
- je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal goed in woord en geschrift.
- een inhoudelijke hbo/wo-stage van minimaal 5 tot maximaal 9 maanden, 4 of 5 dagen per week, met een start in februari 2027;
- een stageplek in Den Haag in een informele, professionele werkomgeving;
- een vergoeding van € 700 per maand voor een meeloopstage

Core Responsibilities
The intern will analyze the end-to-end order-to-cash process to identify bottlenecks and manual tasks. They will develop and prioritize automation proposals, create business cases, and build prototypes or dashboards to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
Candidates must be enrolled in a bachelor or master program in IT, Business IT, Computer Science, or Technical Business Administration. Strong analytical skills, interest in ERP systems like SAP, and proficiency in Dutch and English are required.
