Job Description

Help shape how a fast-growing business invests, operates and grows. As a Strategic Finance Intern at Qogita, you'll work on real business questions, explore how AI can transform finance, and learn directly from experienced finance and business leaders.

Strategic Finance sits at the centre of Qogita. We partner across the business to understand performance, allocate resources and help drive investment decisions. We're building the function from the ground up, combining financial analysis with AI and modern data tooling, and you'll help build it with us.

You'll report to the Strategic Finance Manager, with regular exposure to leadership.
  • Put AI into practice. Help implement AI-powered analysis and reporting, testing new approaches that reduce manual work and make insights more useful to the business.
  • Find what drives growth and profitability. Explore our unit economics and cost base to uncover opportunities to improve margins and operating efficiency.
  • Help shape investment decisions. Build financial models and analyse business opportunities to inform where Qogita allocates resources and invests for growth.
  • Work across the business. Partner with teams including Tech, Commercial and Operations, learning how their decisions translate into financial outcomes.
  • Turn analysis into impact. Contribute to planning and performance reviews, and develop a strategic project from an initial question into a recommendation for Finance leadership, with guidance from the team.
  • Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, Maths or a related field.
  • Previous internship experience, preferably in Strategy Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital or a high-growth tech company.
  • Strong analytical skills and curiosity about how businesses work, with a first-principles approach: you ask why and challenge assumptions.
  • Structured, systematic thinking and communication: you organise your ideas clearly and consider how the pieces fit together.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to getting the numbers right.
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including working with formulas and financial models.
  • Initiative, eagerness to learn and a willingness to take responsibility, ask questions and flag blockers early.
  • Paid internship: €900 per month + performance-based commission of up to €800 per month
  • 26 days annual leave (pro-rated for the duration of the internship)
  • Travel reimbursement covered
  • Learning & development budget
  • Dog-friendly offices
  • Office socials and annual company-wide offsite
  • MacBook provided

About Qogita
Qogita [Ko-gi-ta] is on a mission to make global trade radically efficient by building the operating system for modern wholesale.

Wholesale is a €50 trillion market still largely run through phone calls, catalogues and trade shows. Behind every product sits a fragmented chain of sourcing, trading and logistics that makes wholesale slower, more complex and expensive than it should be.

Qogita is changing this by connecting the global market into a single order book, building the rails to move products across borders efficiently, and providing the intelligence to help businesses know what to stock, what it’s worth and where it should go.

We operate across health and beauty in 30+ European markets, with ambitions to reach every category, everywhere. Backed by Accel, Bessemer, Dawn and LocalGlobe, we’re one of Europe’s fastest-growing B2B companies.

We’re an ambitious, pragmatic and highly collaborative team, united by a desire to reshape one of the world’s biggest markets.
