- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python, FastAPI, and Microservices architecture.

- Containerize applications using Docker and deploy workloads on Kubernetes (AKS) using Helm.
- Write, execute, and maintain automated and manual test cases to ensure application quality.
- Prepare deployment, cutover, and rollback plans while supporting post-production hyper-care activities.
- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, and technical spike discussions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvements across applications and deployment processes.
- Contribute to technical discussions, architectural decisions, and development best practices.
- 10+ years of professional experience in Python application development and enterprise software engineering.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Python, FastAPI, and Microservices architecture.
- Solid experience developing RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Experience implementing event-driven architectures using Kafka.
- Strong knowledge of Azure Cloud services with exposure to cloud-native application development.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes (AKS), and Helm.
- Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments using Jira and Confluence.
- Strong understanding of software design principles, coding standards, and application lifecycle management.
- Experience preparing functional design documents and technical specifications.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to mentor team members and contribute to technical decision-making.
- Design scalable, maintainable, and secure backend solutions.
