You’ll be just as comfortable meeting with an international retailer as you are working with a passionate specialist dealer. You spot potential, think commercially and enjoy actively developing business. At Alltech Coppens, we bring together innovation, passion and sustainability. Our products support aquarium enthusiasts, koi keepers, pond owners and anglers across Europe. What you'll do Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Win new customers and develop existing partnerships. Work with retailers, garden centres, DIY chains and specialist dealers. Develop new markets and grow existing ones. Increase sales, revenue and market share in your area. Spot trends and turn market opportunities into commercial success. Represent Alltech Coppens at trade fairs, customer events and industry gatherings. What you'll bring Experience in sales, key account management or business development. A passion for winning new customers and actively developing business. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Initiative, curiosity and a solution-focused approach. About Alltech Coppens Alltech Coppens specialises in developing, producing and marketing fish feed. Our experienced specialists create high-quality, innovative feed, applying their expertise to develop the right product for each fish species and every stage of life. Our own Alltech Coppens Aqua Centre (ACAC) plays a central role in this process. This has helped make us a trendsetting company in the aquaculture sector for many years.

Core Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, win customers, develop existing partnerships, and grow sales, revenue, and market share across the assigned area. Represent Alltech Coppens at customer events and trade fairs while developing markets and turning trends into commercial opportunities.

Requirements

Candidates should have experience in sales, key account management, or business development, along with a strong drive to win customers and grow business. Strong communication and negotiation skills, commercial thinking, customer focus, initiative, willingness to travel, fluent German, and good English are required.
