Position Overview We are looking for a Driver Supply Specialist to support the growth and management of our driver network in Netherlands. This role is critical in ensuring we build a strong, reliable, and scalable driver supply ahead of and after launch. You will be responsible for driver sourcing, onboarding coordination, and supporting recruitment campaigns, working closely with Operations and cross-functional teams. This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving environment where a lot is being built from scratch. Key Responsibilities Driver Acquisition & Onboarding Support sourcing and attraction of new drivers through online and offline channels Coordinate driver onboarding processes and ensure smooth candidate experience Assist in organizing recruitment events, campaigns, and partnerships Recruitment Operations Manage and track driver applications and pipeline Coordinate interviews, documentation, and onboarding steps Maintain accurate data and reporting on recruitment progress Supply Growth Support Support execution of driver acquisition campaigns to meet supply targets Monitor key metrics such as onboarding conversion and activation rates Identify gaps and support improvements in recruitment processes Cross-functional Coordination Work closely with Operations, Training, and other teams to ensure driver readiness Support communication with driver partners during onboarding and early stages Requirements 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, operations, or similar roles Experience in high-volume hiring, field recruitment, or operations support is a strong advantage Strong coordination and organizational skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment Data-driven mindset and attention to detail Fluent in Dutch

Core Responsibilities

Source and attract drivers, coordinate recruitment events and onboarding, and manage applications, interviews, documentation, and recruitment reporting. Support driver acquisition campaigns, monitor supply and onboarding metrics, improve recruitment processes, and coordinate with Operations, Training, and driver partners.

Requirements

Requires 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, operations, or a similar role, with high-volume hiring, field recruitment, or operations support considered an advantage. Candidates should have strong coordination and organizational skills, attention to detail, a data-driven mindset, comfort in a fast-changing environment, and fluency in Dutch.
