The Role The resource manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing company-wide resourcing needs and challenges. Working in close partnership with the program directors, you proactively anticipate and solve upcoming resourcing challenges across the different co-labs, whilst avoiding consistent underutilisation or overstaffing. Besides that, you will focus on resource, capacity planning and forecasting for specific teams or people. Key Responsibilities • Plans the CCO and ECDs across Co-Labs • Plans Freelance creatives • Oversees resourcing needs and challenges across Co-Labs • Protects overall workload of our teams • Forecasts & tackles potential resourcing challenges across Co-Labs • Partner with the Business OPS Director and Program Directors of the 5 Co-Labs to identify potential challenges across Co-Labs and solve them together • Is the manager of the Resource Manager at Studio\Neboko (design) • Together with the Business OPS Director, escalates to the Board if resourcing conflicts can’t be solved • Flags when people are under/overstaffed by tracking a full overview of all timesheets • Resource & capacity planning and forecasting (traffic management) Required Experience • At least 5 years of creative agency experience • Proven track record in complex, senior stakeholder management • Deep experience with planning & resourcing • Experience with Workfront is a plus • Dutch & English Native/Billingual Core Competencies • Resource & capacity planning and forecasting • Strong senior stakeholder management • Data-driven decision-making • Structured and constructive problem-solving • Excellent communication and influencing skills • Organisational awareness and empathy Personality • Proactive and forward-looking • Collaborative yet decisive • Calm under pressure & open to change • Emphatic and people-focused
Core Responsibilities
Oversee company-wide resourcing across the five Co-Labs, planning creative leaders and freelancers while forecasting capacity and addressing staffing conflicts. Protect team workloads, monitor timesheets for under- or overstaffing, and work with business operations and program directors to resolve issues or escalate them to the Board.
Requirements
Requires at least five years of creative agency experience, a proven record of managing complex senior stakeholders, and deep experience in planning and resourcing. Native or bilingual Dutch and English are required; Workfront experience is a plus.
