Role Description ProDrive is recruiting an experienced Piling Engineer / Site Manager for a precast driven concrete piling project in Lelystad, Netherlands. You will lead the day-to-day installation works, coordinate the crew, rig, plant and pile deliveries, and maintain safe, accurate and productive site operations. WHAT YOU WILL DO • Supervise precast pile unloading, storage, lifting, pitching and driving. • Coordinate setting out, rig movements, working areas and daily production. • Check installation against drawings, RAMS, specifications and approved criteria, including pile lengths and final set. • Maintain pile installation records and report progress, delays, obstructions, damage and abnormal driving conditions. • Lead briefings, maintain exclusion zones and coordinate lifting and pile testing as required. • Liaise with engineers, ProDrive management, the main contractor and other site teams. • Attend daily and weekly meetings as required. WHAT YOU WILL BRING • Proven supervisory experience in precast driven concrete piling is essential. • Practical knowledge of driven piling rigs, pile handling, final set criteria and installation records. • Ability to read piling layouts and supervise safe lifting and work on piling platforms. • A valid CSCS Black Manager card or equivalent recognised supervisory/management competency card is essential. • Relevant site safety qualifications, strong leadership and clear reporting. • Fluent English is essential; Dutch is highly desirable. • Ability to work in the Netherlands for the duration of the assignment. Requirements

Proven supervisory experience in precast driven concrete piling is essential, along with practical knowledge of piling rigs, pile handling, installation records, and final set criteria. Applicants must hold a valid CSCS Black Manager card or equivalent recognised supervisory or management competency card, have relevant site safety qualifications, speak fluent English, and be able to work in the Netherlands for the assignment.
