Job Description About the role As the Sales Excellence Project Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement and strategic alignment across our sales organization. Your primary purpose is to oversee and implement key projects that enhance sales processes, optimize tools, and improve overall commercial effectiveness. You will act as the crucial link between strategy and execution, empowering our teams to achieve long-term growth and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities This is a hybrid role based out of our Oegstgeest office. 12 month contract. Analyze current sales processes and metrics to identify areas for optimization, driving initiatives that improve efficiency and revenue growth. Develop and implement change management programs to ensure successful adoption of new sales initiatives across the region. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and IT to deploy new sales tools, platforms, and methodologies. Monitor project performance post-implementation, utilizing data-driven insights to recommend further adjustments and continuous improvements. Lead the end-to-end execution of sales excellence projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives. Qualifications Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, IT or a related field. Proven experience in Data Analytics/ Business Intelligence, project management, sales operations, or commercial excellence within a B2B environment. Strong analytical background with the ability to translate complex data sets into actionable sales strategies. Skills you need to succeed: Exceptional ability to communicate, influence, and align diverse stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization. High proficiency in Google Scripts, Artificial Intelligence, AppSheet, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and project management methodologies (Agile, Lean, or PMP certification is a plus). Core Responsibilities

Analyze sales processes and performance data to identify improvements that increase efficiency and revenue, and lead sales excellence projects from planning through implementation. Coordinate change management and cross-functional deployment of sales tools and methods, then monitor results and recommend ongoing improvements.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, IT, or a related field is required, along with proven experience in data analytics or business intelligence, project management, sales operations, or commercial excellence in a B2B environment. Candidates should have strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills, proficiency with Google Scripts, AI, AppSheet, and CRM systems such as Salesforce; Agile, Lean, or PMP experience is a plus.
