Role Description The Logistiek commercieel medewerker is a full-time, on-site role based in Zeewolde. In this position, the team member manages logistics-related activities such as coordinating incoming and outgoing goods, monitoring stock levels, and supporting efficient warehouse operations. The role includes handling commercial and administrative tasks, such as processing orders, maintaining customer and product data, and preparing documentation for shipments. The person in this role collaborates closely with sales and operations to ensure accurate planning, timely deliveries, and a high level of customer service. Daily work requires attention to detail, proactive communication, and a hands-on approach in both office and warehouse environments. Qualifications Strong skills in Inventory Control and Warehouse Operations to manage stock levels and support efficient goods handling. Experience or knowledge in Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management to coordinate deliveries and optimize flows. Competence in Administration to handle order processing, documentation, and accurate data entry. Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners. Organizational skills, accuracy, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment. Comfort working in both office and warehouse settings, with a proactive and collaborative attitude. Relevant vocational or professional education in logistics, commerce, or a related field is preferred. Proficiency with standard office software and, ideally, experience with ERP or warehouse management systems.
