Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you guide implementations from discovery to delivery, ensuring every solution is aligned with business objectives and technical requirements. From solution design to implementation and optimization, you ensure projects are delivered efficiently, adopted successfully, and create measurable value for clients. Key Responsibilities Lead workshops to capture business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions; Advise on Pimcore (PIM, DAM, MDM) and data architecture implementations; Support developers and delivery teams throughout projects; Recommend AI-driven automation and improvements in client IT landscapes; Challenge assumptions to ensure long-term, sustainable solutions; From pre-sales to go-live, maintain quality and continuity across projects. Job requirements 5+ years of experience as an Implementation or Business Consultant, preferably in a digital agency; Hands-on experience with Pimcore or similar enterprise platforms; Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and system architecture; Solid knowledge of data governance and migrations; Fluency in spoken and written Dutch is mandatory due to the client nature of the role. Nice-to-haves Experience with event-driven systems and API gateways; Familiarity with SaaS integrations and headless platforms; Knowledge of accessibility standards (ARIA, keyboard navigation, WCAG); Experience mentoring developers or leading technical project delivery; Experience within a digital agency or fast-paced project environment. Core Responsibilities

Lead client workshops to translate business requirements into scalable solutions, and advise on Pimcore, data architecture, and AI-driven improvements. Support developers and delivery teams from pre-sales through go-live, ensuring solutions meet business and technical needs and remain sustainable.

Requirements

Requires at least five years of implementation or business consulting experience, preferably in a digital agency, plus hands-on experience with Pimcore or similar enterprise platforms. Candidates must understand APIs, integrations, system architecture, data governance, and migrations, and be fluent in spoken and written Dutch.
