What: As a Junior Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll. You will work closely with HR and Finance to ensure smooth and compliant payroll operations. Ideally, you have an interest in—or initial experience with—processing payroll across multiple countries in an international environment. Key Responsibilities: Process and verify payroll data, including working hours, salaries, bonuses, and deductions Support and ideally manage payroll processes (multiple countries) Ensure compliance with applicable payroll laws and regulations Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll and compensation Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely manner Contribute to process improvements and increased efficiency within payroll operations Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, HR, or a related field (preferred) Experience with or knowledge of payroll systems such as ADP, SAP, UKG, or similar Interest in or exposure to international payroll is a strong advantage Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication skills Experience with Excel; knowledge of XLOOKUP or VLOOKUP is a strong plus Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn What We Offer: A challenging role within an international and growing organization Competitive salary and attractive benefits package Opportunities for personal and professional development A collaborative and supportive work Are you a detail-oriented junior professional with a passion for payroll and an interest in working in an international environment? Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, HR, or a related field is preferred, along with knowledge of payroll systems such as ADP, SAP, or UKG. Candidates should have professional English proficiency, strong attention to detail and communication skills, Excel experience, and an interest in international payroll; XLOOKUP or VLOOKUP knowledge is a plus.
