About the Role As a Senior Sales Manager – New Business (Hunter), you will be responsible for acquiring new enterprise clients while driving new business across the Dutch market. Your primary focus will be to identify, engage, and close new logos, leveraging your personal network and past client relationships. Your work will have both strategic and hands-on dimensions: defining sales approaches, managing complex deals, and ensuring customer success across the full lifecycle. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven, innovative technology solutions. Key Responsibilities Drive new logo acquisition across the enterprise segment Own and grow enterprise accounts, building long-term strategic partnerships Engage with C-level executives and IT decision-makers through consultative and solution-based selling Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within existing and new enterprise clients Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth goals and regional priorities Lead complex contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and high-value deal closures Collaborate with internal teams—including pre-sales, solution architects, service delivery, and marketing—to design and deliver optimal client solutions Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform strategy Leverage your professional network to accelerate pipeline growth and drive client acquisition Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and account planning Apply a structured “land and expand” approach, converting initial wins into broader, higher-value engagements What You Bring 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales within IT services, managed services, cloud, or cybersecurity Proven track record in new logo acquisition and building pipeline from scratch Strong ability to engage and influence C-level executives and technical stakeholders Excellent negotiation, contract management, and deal-closing skills Deep understanding of the Dutch enterprise IT market A hunter mindset combined with strategic account management skills Established network within the Dutch or international enterprise sector; connections in the financial industry are a strong plus Experience selling to financial institutions or regulated industries is highly valued Applicants must have native-level proficiency in Dutch and fluency in English. Core Responsibilities
Acquire new enterprise clients and grow strategic accounts across the Dutch market, using consultative selling and professional networks to identify, qualify, and close opportunities. Lead complex negotiations and manage pipeline and account plans while collaborating with internal teams to deliver solutions and expand client engagements.
Requirements
Requires 8+ years of enterprise sales experience in IT services, managed services, cloud, or cybersecurity, with a proven record of acquiring new clients and building pipelines. Applicants must have native-level Dutch and fluent English, strong executive engagement and negotiation skills, and deep knowledge of the Dutch enterprise IT market; a relevant bachelor's or master's degree is a plus.
