Role Summary: The Sales Manager (Offshore) is responsible for driving the growth, retention and development of Inchcape Shipping Services’ offshore client portfolio across Europe. The role builds strong customer relationships, identifies new business opportunities and leads commercial negotiations, while working closely with operational and regional teams to ensure excellent service delivery, customer satisfaction and sustainable profitability. Please submit your application and CV in English. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Account Management & Customer Development Develop and manage strategic account plans for assigned offshore customers. Build strong senior-level relationships, driving customer retention and account growth. Maintain accurate customer activity, market intelligence and opportunity pipelines in Salesforce. Business Development & Revenue Growth Identify and pursue new offshore business opportunities across key industry sectors. Lead proposals, tenders and commercial negotiations to achieve revenue and profitability targets. Collaborate with regional and country teams to secure multi-country opportunities. Commercial Management Develop competitive, profitable solutions including pricing, quotations and commercial proposals. Monitor account profitability, receivables and commercial risks. Offshore Project & Operational Oversight Oversee service delivery for assigned customers, ensuring contractual requirements and expectations are met. Work with customers and internal teams to resolve challenges and continuously improve service and operational performance. Candidate Requirements: Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Maritime Studies, Shipping, Logistics or related discipline. Commercial and contract management experience. Strong understanding of offshore marine services, vessel operations and port agency activities. Commercial and contractual awareness. Strong understanding of offshore wind, subsea cable, survey, construction and oil & gas sectors. Strong understanding of offshore logistics, supply chain and procurement processes, with experience supporting global account management programmes. MBA or Commercial Management qualification desirable. Strong Communication Skills in English - Additional languages will be considered as an advantage (e.g. Dutch, German etc.) Ability to travel throughout Europe and internationally as required. Core Responsibilities

Requirements
Candidates need a degree or equivalent experience in business, maritime studies, shipping, logistics, or a related field, along with commercial and contract management experience and strong knowledge of offshore marine services and relevant industry sectors. The role also requires English communication skills, experience in matrix organisations, a valid driving licence, and the ability to travel; an MBA or commercial management qualification and additional languages are desirable.
