As a leading provider of reusable plastic layer pads in the Benelux region, Cartonplast has over 30 years of experience delivering environmentally friendly pooling solutions for the beverage, food, pharmaceutical, and cosmetics industries. We are looking for a hands-on Production Manager who takes ownership, leads by example, and drives operational excellence at our production site in Spijk. Core Responsibilities

Lead and optimize daily production operations, including maintenance, capacity, resources, workflows, employee support, and compliance with quality, food safety, and environmental standards. Drive safety and productivity improvements, lead local projects through implementation, and represent the site during customer visits and occasional international meetings.

Requirements

The role requires fluent Dutch, good English, a technical qualification, and experience in manufacturing, maintenance, or production; initial leadership experience is an advantage. Candidates should be proactive, hands-on, solution-oriented, committed to health, safety, and quality, willing to take responsibility, and hold a valid driving licence.
