Are you an enthusiastic laboratory professional with experience in analytical method development and biochemical testing? As a Technician Analytical Development, you will play a key role in developing, optimizing, validating, and implementing analytical methods that support the quality of our products. You will collaborate closely with experts across Quality Control, Analytical Development, and Biochemistry while contributing to scientifically sound and regulatory-compliant laboratory operations. In this role, you will: Develop, improve, qualify, and implement biochemical and immunological analytical methods. Support the transfer of analytical methods from development into routine Quality Control testing. Perform laboratory assays including:ELISA Potency assays SDS-PAGE Protein determination methods Immunoblotting techniques Troubleshoot analytical challenges and propose process improvements. Ensure analytical methods comply with GMP requirements and applicable regulatory guidelines. Accurately document, analyze, and report experimental results. Support laboratory operations, including maintenance of instruments, equipment, and laboratory supplies. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project and departmental objectives. You bring: Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Biochemistry, Biology, Life Sciences, or a comparable HLO qualification. Minimum of 3 years of relevant laboratory experience. Hands-on experience with biochemical and immunological analytical methods, including ELISA, SDS-PAGE, potency assays, protein assays, and immunoblotting. Experience with analytical method transfer from development to Quality Control environments. Familiarity with GMP-regulated environments and quality systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams. Core Responsibilities
Develop, optimize, qualify, validate, and implement biochemical and immunological analytical methods, and support their transfer from development into routine Quality Control testing. Perform and document laboratory assays, troubleshoot analytical issues, maintain laboratory equipment and supplies, and ensure work complies with GMP and applicable regulatory guidelines.
Requirements
Requires a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Biology, Life Sciences, or a comparable higher professional education qualification, plus at least three years of relevant laboratory experience. Candidates should have hands-on experience with biochemical and immunological assays, analytical method transfer, and GMP quality systems, along with strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
