YOU WORK FOR WE® As a Junior Merchandiser, you’ll be the link between creativity and commerce, working closely with your colleagues to make sure the right product is available in the right quantity, at the right time and in the right place – both in our stores and online. You’ll do this based on data, combined with your commercial instinct. Every day, you’ll work on optimizing stock, sales and margins. By analyzing sales performance and stock levels, you’ll advise our Buying and Merchandising teams on the right purchasing quantities, size curves, the distribution across different sales channels and the right replenishment quantities. Where you make an impact: You have a background in Fashion, Economics, Business Administration, Commercial Economics or a similar field through your education and/or relevant experience. You have experience in merchandising, allocation, trading or stock planning, or are eager to develop your skills in these areas. You enjoy working with numbers and can use Excel to analyze data and turn insights into concrete actions. You can easily switch between different teams, think in solutions and communicate your analyses and insights clearly. You work in a structured way in a dynamic environment and proactively take on new responsibilities to further develop yourself. Dat doe je op basis van data en jouw commerciële feeling. Je werkt dagelijks aan het optimaliseren van voorraad, omzet en marge. Met jouw analyses van verkoopprestaties en voorraadniveaus adviseer je onze Buying en Merchandisingafdelingen over juiste inkoophoeveelheden, maatbogen en de verdeling over de verschillende verkoopkanalen en de juiste aanvul hoeveelheden. Geen dag is hetzelfde, en juist dat maakt het werk leerzaam en uitdagend. Waar jij impact maakt: Je brengt kennis van Fashion, Economie, Bedrijfskunde, Commerciële Economie of een vergelijkbare richting mee via een opleiding en/of relevante ervaring. Je hebt ervaring met merchandising, allocatie, trading of stockplanning, of wilt je hierin verder ontwikkelen. Je werkt graag met cijfers en kunt Excel gebruiken om data te analyseren en inzichten te vertalen naar concrete acties. Je schakelt gemakkelijk tussen verschillende teams, denkt in oplossingen en kunt analyses helder overbrengen. Je werkt gestructureerd in een dynamische omgeving en pakt nieuwe werkzaamheden actief op om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Core Responsibilities

Analyze sales performance and stock levels to advise Buying and Merchandising teams on purchasing quantities, size curves, channel distribution, and replenishment. Help optimize inventory, sales, and margins, ensuring products are available in the right quantities and locations across stores and online.

Requirements

A background in fashion, economics, business administration, commercial economics, or a related field through education and/or relevant experience is sought. Candidates should have merchandising, allocation, trading, or stock-planning experience or be eager to develop in these areas, along with Excel data-analysis skills, clear communication, structured working habits, and the ability to collaborate across teams.
