As a Logistics Coordinator, you help deliver essential medical supplies to people worldwide — often where it matters most. Your role You are at the heart of our international supply chain. From the moment a supplier confirms an order to final delivery, you ensure everything runs smoothly, accurately, and in line with international regulations. Your work directly supports NGOs, UN organizations, and healthcare systems globally. What you’ll do Coordinate international shipments from supplier to customer Monitor orders and track shipment progress Work closely with internal teams and external logistics partners Manage transport planning, documentation, and customs requirements Handle shipment updates, delays, and problem-solving Ensure accurate administration and invoicing in the ERP system Maintain documentation and support process improvements Who you are You are organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, international environment. You enjoy solving problems and keeping complex processes on track. You bring: MBO level 4 in Logistics, Supply Chain, or similar Knowledge of international transport, Incoterms, and customs Experience with ERP systems and MS Office Good Dutch (a must) and English skills (Bonus) Knowledge of GDP guidelines You are: Structured and detail-oriented A team player with strong communication skills Analytical and solution-focused Resilient and results-driven What we offer Salary €3.200 – €4.400 (depending on experience) 27 vacation days, pension, and development opportunities Hybrid working and future relocation to Utrecht region possible An open, informal culture with engaged colleagues and short lines A modern workplace where performance and fun go hand in hand MEG is located in Vuren and hard to reach with public transport, so coming by car is almost a must. Core Responsibilities

Coordinate international shipments from suppliers to customers, tracking orders and working with internal teams and external logistics partners. Manage transport planning, customs and shipping documentation, shipment issues, ERP administration, invoicing, and process improvements.

Requirements

Requires MBO level 4 education in logistics, supply chain, or a similar field, along with knowledge of international transport, Incoterms, and customs. Candidates should have ERP and MS Office experience, good Dutch and English skills, and be organized, detail-oriented, analytical, resilient, and effective communicators.
