As a People & Culture Specialist, you will be part of a team of professionals and contribute to key areas such as culture, engagement, and diversity, some well-established, others still being built. You will play an important role in bringing People & Culture initiatives to life, managing and delivering projects, coordinating programs, and ensuring a great employee experience across the organization. Combining a pragmatic, hands-on approach with a data-driven mindset, you will help translate strategy into tangible actions and scalable processes that support our people and business goals. Your work will have a direct impact on strengthening our culture and enabling high-performing teams across STX. This is not a traditional HR role. Operating in a fast-paced, high-growth, and commercially driven environment, you are expected to bring both strategic depth and hands-on execution. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity, setting high standards, and delivering tangible business impact through people. This role is suited for someone who brings clear ownership across multiple development domains and consistently translates expertise into high-quality, practical outcomes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Deploy and execute the people development and culture strategy aligned with business priorities. Own and evolve core domains, with a focus on: Culture and engagement Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging (DIB) Act as a content owner, setting direction and raising quality across these areas; Design and implement scalable frameworks and programs that strengthen organizational effectiveness; Partner with stakeholders as a trusted, pragmatic advisor in a demanding, fast-moving business context; Use data and insights to continuously improve impact and employee experience. KEY REQUIREMENTS 5+ years of experience delivering People & Culture initiatives related to culture, engagement, values, behaviors, employee surveys, and Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging (DIB), preferably in an international, fast-paced environment. Proven experience executing projects across: Culture & Engagement Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging (DIB) Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across business and support functions. Hands-on, delivery-focused mindset with a track record of turning ideas into impactful initiatives. Experience implementing and continuously improving People & Culture programs and processes end-to-end. Strong communication and facilitation skills; fluent in English. Requirements

Requires at least five years of experience delivering culture, engagement, and diversity, inclusion, and belonging initiatives, preferably in an international, fast-paced environment. Candidates should have strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills, with a hands-on record of implementing and improving programs end to end; fluency in English is required.
